Eat2save is an easy to use web platform that lets its users access thousands of restaurant's menus to find takeaway food that can be ordered online. We have another Service called catering which can be found on each restaurant page under Catering Tab. It is very easy to use. please Click here for help on Catering Service.
Our service is completely free to use. You pay the restaurant the same amount as you normally would. Sometimes you pay less if you qualify for a special offer or one of our discounts! keep looking for Special offers, discounts on our website, via mail and SMS if you are registered with us.
Eat2save deliver the orders to our restaurant partners using art of the state technology, as well as everyday means of communication.

Eat2save gives you instant access to various different types of restaurants in your area. You don't have to spend time calling the restaurant to place your order and you can plan ahead by placing pre- orders. Also there will always be special offers, discounts on various restaurants. You can also find new restaurants in your area that offer cheaper alternatives than where you normally order from.

With eat2save you can also review your ordered meal and read other user's reviews to inform you about the quality and service different restaurants provide. You will also receive feedback on your review.

Another Service called Catering service is available under Catering tab from each Restaurant (Restaurant who provides Catering Services)

There are many benefits to become a member, such as access to special offers, coupon, personalized offers from Restaurant's and re-ordering from your favourite restaurants. Joining is also free and quick. You can quickly register using your phone number and email.

Restaurant will receive orders almost instantly. Orders also usually get confirmed by the restaurant members in seconds. Sometimes this may take a little longer if the restaurant is busy but you will be able to see confirmation on your dashboard. you will also receive a confirmation email from us. You will also receive a courtesy call from the Restaurant most of the time just to confirm your order.

In the very unlikely event if the restaurant has not accepted your order, our customer support team will contact restaurants directly to try and manually confirm the order with them. If we are unable to contact the restaurant or if the Restaurant cannot accommodate your order, we will decline the order and we will inform you by email, so that you can make alternative arrangements. If the order was paid by card the funds will be refunded to you within three to seven working days. But again we want to ensure you that this is very unlikely to happen as our Restaurant partner can go offline if they are very busy so that you know that they cannot take orders at that particular moment.

It is restaurants responsibility for their own deliveries, so your meal will be delivered by the staff of the restaurant you have ordered from. eat2save does not offer its own delivery service at present, may be in the future we will try to have our own delivery team. But for now, if you have a problem with your delivery you can call the restaurant directly which will be on your order. If they are unable to help you are welcome to get in touch with us through our contact us page, we can then liaise with the restaurant on your behalf.

Creating account is really simple and easy. There is a option called “SIGN UP” on the top right place of our home page. Simply click there and fill in your details. You will need an active email address and a password. Optional Phone Number will help you to login later just by using your mobile number and password. Once this has been done your account will be created instantly and you can immediately get access to great discounts and promotions from various restaurants in your area.

Click on Login on the home page and then click on “Forgot Your Password”. it will ask you to enter your email. by entering your email we will be able to reset your password almost immediately.

On the restaurant listing page you can sort restaurant by choosing sort option from the top right hand side of the page. Please make sure your postcode is entered so we can find restaurants that deliver to you.

Search restaurants by entering your postcode. on the listing page you will find filter options on the right top corner of the page.

It is very easy to Place an order. Enter your postcode and press return. you will see a list of restaurants that deliver to your area. You can click on the restaurant you like. Choose which items you fancy and add them to your basket. Once you have decided on your meal and the minimum order amount of the restaurant is reached you can click "go to checkout"

Login if you are already registered. Enter all other details if you are not registered. The next step is to choose your payment method. You can select cash on delivery or Card

No. We cannot split the order between restaurants. Please submit separate orders for each restaurant.

You can remove item by clicking the 'remove' icon (-) next to the item you want to remove.

To place an order for a specific time you can go through the order process as outline above. The final step of building an order involves choosing the time you would like to collect or have your order delivered.

The available times are based on the opening hours of the restaurant, and the average time it takes for the restaurant to prepare and deliver an order. We also adjust the available times during busy periods or for larger orders.

Please log in to your member account by entering your email/mobile number and password. Click on your name (on the right top corner of the web page) which will take you to your member area. Click on Account2Save option from left, then click on the on the "My Address" tab to the top right of your screen. You can add/edit new Address. you can also remove address from the same place.

Go to member by using same steps explained under question change/add Address. you will find password option on the right hand top under Account2save option.

As soon as you place your order you will be able to see the progress in Live Order under my account. You will be automatically redirected to that page. you will be able to see status has changed to accepted as soon as the order has been accepted. You will also receive an email with the subject "Order accepted", notifying you when the restaurant has received and accepted your order.

If you chose collection, then you should wait until you receive this email before making plans to collect your food.

If we were unable to contact the restaurant, or the restaurant is unable to accept your order for any reason, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified of this via email.

Once order is placed restaurant will contact you, if you want to contact the restaurant which will be available on the invoice that you have ordered within the automated "Order accepted" email we send you upon confirming your order.

If for any reason you are not able to reach the restaurant by telephone, don't forget you can always contact us, and our customer support team will follow up on your behalf.

If there are any issues with the food or service you have received, it's usually best to contact the restaurant in the first instance. The contact number for the restaurant is always provided in the invoice and in the "Order accepted" email we send you upon confirming your order.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the restaurant, or if for any reason you are not able to phone the restaurant, don't hesitate to contact us.

It is very disappointing to receive a meal you didn't enjoy. If this is the case you should definitely leave a review about your experience and let the restaurant and other users know.

If you have received some incorrect items then you should contact the restaurant and explain what has happened. In the majority of cases the restaurants are more than happy to send out the correct items to you. You can also leave a review about your experience. If the situation could not be resolved over the phone then please contact us via contact us page.

If your order has not arrived after the confirmation time stated on the email and on the invoice, you should get in touch with the restaurant for an update. If, for any reason, they are unable to help you then please contact our eat2save customer care team at https://eat2save.co.uk/contact-us/ Our team will then liaise with the restaurant on your behalf to try and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Discounts will be applied automatically if there is any. You will be able to see yourself when you try to place an order.

Congratulations! What a great news, eat2save discount coupon/Voucher which can be used on online paid orders only. Every voucher will have individual terms and conditions. To use the coupon please choose your items and proceed to checkout. At the payment information page you will find "Discount Voucher” checkbox. Please enter your coupon code and click apply. If the code is valid you will be able to proceed to the confirmation page.

If your code was not accepted at checkout you should check all the terms & conditions of the particular voucher codes. Specially check the validity dates. If you have met all the conditions and the code is still not accepted please contact our customer care team via contact us page.

There are two methods that Eat2save accept. You can pay by cash on delivery direct to the driver once the meal is delivered to you. We also accept PayPal.
